Today, the coaches split up and said we could come when it was best for us. I didn't have anything going on today so i did a double workout. Coach Crandall made us do ladders. They were spread about 100 m. appart with 4 distances. I'm guessing we did about a mile in speed work 2 times, totaling 2 miles. Then for the next workout, with Coach Comsa, we ran a 1/2 mile warm up, then 5 400 meter sprints. Then another 1/2 mile cool down. It was a pretty hard day today but fun. Tomorrow is supposed to be a long distance run on the track. GO MJHS!! |
