*SPRINT WORKOUT* Today i worked out with coach Comsa. We did what he calls "suicide ladders." we did a 100 m. then 200 m. then, 300 m. then, 400 m. rested for 5 minutes and then went 400, 300, 200, 100. It was a pretty easy day. I also have a problem with my legs, and yesterday it hurt me really really bad. One of my legs is about an inch longer than the other leg. This causes pain when walking/running. I've never felt the pain until today. coach Comsa said to get into the doctor ASAP. Tomorrow i won't run. I hope i can still be in for the season. |
